Alan E. Murray Space Shoes custom made for a woman named Loretta Luczynski who had severe bunions. The Space Shoes were introduced in 1937 and I’m guessing these were made in the 1950s or so. Steve McQueen was known for wearing Murray Space Shoes. They're 9.5” heel to toe.
